1. Promoter

This competition is operated by Visual Theory Limited, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Overview

To mark the launch of the Visual Scales app, a competition will be made available via the Power Up The System website.

Participants must complete a puzzle or sequence challenge.

The first participant to submit the correct answer will be declared the winner.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over

• Participants must have access to the internet

• Employees of Visual Theory Limited and their immediate families are not eligible

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.

4. Entry

• Entry opens on 11 May 2026

• Entry is free

• Participants must complete the puzzle and submit a valid solution

Only one entry per participant may be considered valid.

5. Winner Selection

• There will be one (1) winner only

• The winner is the first participant to submit the correct answer

• Determination of the “first” correct answer will be based on server-side timestamps

Our decision is final.

6. Prize

The prize includes:

• A cash prize starting at £88, increasing by £1 per day until the correct solution is submitted

• Lifetime access to the Visual Piano Academy

• One (1) year subscription to the Visual Scales app

We reserve the right to add or substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged

• Cash prizes will be paid via a method determined by us

• The winner may be required to provide identification before receiving the prize

8. Conduct

Participants must not:

• Attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate the system

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts

• Interfere with the operation of the competition

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these rules.

9. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Website downtime

• Technical failures

• Lost, delayed, or corrupted submissions

To enter the competition, participants may be required to provide:
